Studded Moss.

I found a way to look like a Christmas tree with studded accesories as adornments. So, let's get down to bussiness .I am wearing a moss green vintage dress, H&M studded belt, bebe earrings, black thights, Bata black shoes and black studded Guess bag.

Frankly, I know that Guess bags are quite mainstream and that not many fashion bloggers choose to carry their belongings in them , but I still like them:))

Christmas

It's Christmas time again and I've got an outfit and a tree to match:)) . First things first: I am wearing Charles Jourdan (seriously underrated French designer and btw did you know that he was born in the same year as Coco Chanel?) shoes and clutch , which I got as a gift from Paris , H&M sweater and skirt (which to me look soooo grunge together , especially the sweater , grunge as in you'd expect Kurt Cobain to walk next to me -RIP). I have a huuuge leather fetish these days , beacuse I'd wear it with anything , in any possible ( and impossible ) combination.

And now for the tree:

Merry Christmas!

Vivienne. Vivienne Westwood.

Vivienne Westood , you are amazing!

It's foho, and it's geisha-style. Maybe it has even a bit of 18th century feel to it. This look is to die for: it's exotic, bold and bohemian and the open toe boots are the right neutral-nude touch it takes to make the outfit wearable.( of course I don't recommend the feather and the make up, which contribute to the epicness of the look).

The urban-gone punk-gone flamenco-neon princess of Vivienne Westood is a mess . Head to toe , a fashionable mess, a brilliant example of urban couture with a make up an hair do reminescent of Marie Antoinette.

This graffitti inspired look oozes with color and bold prints ,but stays classic in shape: ciggarette pants, corset and proeminent shoulders. The jacket is flashy , but transparent and the shoes come as a nude, feminine surprise that completes the outfit.

This LBD is simple , almost French-severely minimalistic ,but the designer adds floral-Harajukuesque tights and a hairdo to match in order to spice it up.

Nancy Spungen meets ice princess? This outfit is reminescent of the Sex Pistols because of the mini -striped skirt, the oversized leopard print bag and the leather biker-at-the-opera jacket. However , Mrs Westood brings a feminine touch - the open toed shoes and an Icelandish feel due to the pale face and the ice blue tee. Word is, if there is someone who can make an iceberg burn and still keep it a quirky, fashionable mess, than that is Vivienne Westwood.

Pele , goddess of the volcanoes? This look is stunning ,because of the contrast between the beautiful ,dark skin and the orange. The pirate boots , the flame hair -do ,the vibrant shades of orange are balanced by the white-pale-gone mask make up and occasional tones of peach and light blue.

This preppy - urban outfit has my favourite collours : red and purple and i wore it for an outing with one of my best friends. We took a short ( because it was soooo chilly outside) walk in the park and afterwards we went to a nice , cozy cafe where I drank the most delicious green tea, called Gun Powder and I ate blueberry pie .

The Beginning.

We see it everyday, we embrace it and we willingly worship it: fashion , the miracles it performs and the principles it stands for. To me it comes as both the easiest and the most accessible way to express myself , just like an extended personality. It is absolutely outstanding how this multi -billion industry manages to transform , to create or to break trends in our adrenaline-freak society. The magic that will always attract people lays in it's versatility ;for instance let's take one of Marie Antoinette's dresses, full of adornments and a Chanel LBD . It is obvious that these were both triumphs of fashion at their due time , and even if people have simplified not only their wardrobes , but also their tastes , they will remain in history as beauty and aesthetic standards .
I dedicate this blog to beauty , to mode, to the miracle workers of this industry and to every person with a passion for fashion.
